Karen graduated in 1998 and has a wealth of knowledge in advanced treatment of acute and overuse/chronic injuries and aches. She began her education at York University where she obtained a degree in Administrative Studies. After working in the financial sector for a few years, she decided to enter the health care field. She studied massage therapy at Kikkawa College, obtaining her diploma in 1998. Since then she has worked at various multidisciplinary clinics in Toronto and Mississauga, which has allowed her to treat a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, chronic conditions, pregnancy massage and general wellness.

Additional training has included Trigenics, a revolutionary, interactive neuromuscular treatment system. She has also achieved her second level of Reiki.

At home, Karen enjoys time with her husband and their family.
